As a Product Manager you will play an important role in Neonomics, creating and delivering on the Roadmap of our products. You will be working as an ambassador for our products both internally and externally. You will have a cross-functional role in our company, working with designers, developers, and the rest of the product team to create a compelling and competitive product that solves the pains, and aligns with the needs of our clients.

You have significant technical experience and can deal with ambiguity every day. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to deal with several different projects at the same time. Since you will be working with different stakeholders, it is important that you have excellent communication skills and can explain complicated things in an understandable and concise way.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of Product and the tech team in bringing our product strategy and roadmap to life.
• Responsible for the approval and alignment of our product strategy company-wide.
• Deeply understand the needs of clients through qualitative and quantitative user research and testing and define and frame those needs.
• Ownership of the product discovery process to support the product roadmap evolution.
• Work with external third parties to assess and develop partnerships and licensing opportunities.
• Track and monitor feature performance and functionality to ensure we are continuously improving.
• Ensure that the product meets regulatory requirements and delivers against the expected outcome.

Qualifications and background

• Experience in developing digital products in an agile environment.
• Understanding and experience with designing APIs, and developer tools in a B2B context is a plus for some areas of responsibility.  
• Experience with payments and finance data. Experience from Open Banking or other regulated enterprises is an advantage.
• Experience launching successful products and features, either in a B2B or B2C context.
• Ability to effectively prioritize an ever-changing product backlog by balancing and championing both business, client, and technology needs.
• Confidence to make clear and well documented recommendations to influence decisions.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, deriving insights and driving actions from data and metrics.
• Experience in working with consumer payment solutions is desirable.
• Work permit in Norway.
