Alfonso joins us with a wealth of international experience across corporate finance, investments, M&A and operational management. Originally from Costa Rica, Alfonso brings a rich and diverse leadership experience from across Scandinavia, the UK, United States and Latin America and has spearheaded successful growth for companies to expand internationally.

Beyond the numbers, Alfonso is a sharp strategic thinker with a knack for driving transformation, navigating change and finding new growth opportunities. He’s known for his calm, clear-headed approach to complex challenges and building strong relationships with teams, investors and stakeholders alike. He also brings a versatile language skillset with full fluency in English and Spanish and working knowledge in Italian and Norwegian. Bellissimo!

In his free time, Alfonso is an avid tennis player and dedicated football fan currently working toward his UEFA coaching license ⚽
